Each plot has a surface of approx. 934 and 993 sqm, respectively. Although minimum surface are of plots to be considered as buildable is 1,200 sqm, With the original project the council confirmed building licences would be approved. The owner did not move forward with the project in the end and decided to sell the plots unbuilt.
